- We are required by the manufacturer to maintain Factory-Trained Technicians who know the product better than any quick-service operation. We will issue bulletins to dealers concerning product updates and/or modifications that can benefit you. Our staff of service advisors access our computer every time you come in for service to assure that all the latest modifications and engineering changes are available to you at no charge. Today vehicles are expensive and technically very sophisticated. We feel our staff is your best choice to maintain your vehicle.

- In the rare event that a breakdown caused by a warranty-covered condition occurs more than 100 miles from your home, take comfort. If the breakdown leaves your Mercedes-Benz inoperable or unsafe to drive and requires overnight repairs at an authorized MB Retail Center, we'll reimburse you up to $300 per day (for up to three days) for documented expenses*.
* Eligible expenses include meals, lodging and substitute transportation while your Mercedes-Benz is being repaired. - How frequently do I need to change my oil? - back to list
Mercedes-Benz requires changing your oil once every year or 10,000 mile intervals, whichever comes first. When you perform this service at Rallye we will ensure it is done properly. We only use the appropriate MB approved Mobil 1 synthetic oil, a genuine Mercedes-Benz fleece filter, and the service will be performed by a factory trained technician. It is important to do this service to keep you vehicle running properly as well as fulfilling your warranty requirements.
- Why should I check my tire pressure? - back to list
Changes in seasonality will affect your tire pressure. Over and/or under inflated tires will decrease the life of the tire, hurt fuel efficiency and compromise your safety. Rallye recommends that you check your tire pressure monthly to ensure proper inflation. During the winter months the pressure in your tires can decrease, which will lower the air pressure in your tires. During the summer months the air in your tires will expand, causing over inflation. Rallye recommends inflating your tires with Nitrofill™ to minimize these fluctuations. See a Service Advisor for details.
- When should I have a brake flush performed? - back to list
Mercedes-Benz requires that you perform a brake flush once every two years. The fluid in your brakes will break down over time causing your brakes to loose effectiveness which will affect your stopping distance. Performing this brake flush will keep your braking system operating safely and reliably. We use approved Mercedes-Benz DOT 4 + fluid and the service will be performed by a factory trained technician.
- How often should I change my wipers? - back to list
The wipers on your vehicle are one of the most overlooked maintenance items. Poorly maintained wipers will decrease vision, affect safety and your ability to avoid obstacles while driving. To maintain visibility and the cleanliness of your windshield, Rallye recommends you change your windshield wipers once a year. Rallye only uses MB factory approved replacement wipers.

- Your new vehicle is protected by a factory warranty. However, the manufacturer does have the right to deny warranty coverage if you fail to service your vehicle at the factory-recommended mileage intervals. We will maintain your vehicle and keep copies of service records, adhering to the factory-recommended service guidelines. Additional service to your vehicle may be recommended by our service advisors.
